The Snip

Well it’s official - today is my last day of having two uteruses!! Tomorrow, I’m getting a beautiful new uterus! Okay yes it will still be deformed, small and a little weird still but yay for less weird than it is now. At this point I’m not even entertaining the fact that they may not be able to do anything and it might all be for nothing BUT I have total faith in my doctor and I told him I’m counting on him to fix me. He said he’s thrilled about my high expectations but glad I’ll at least stop googling things and presenting him with ideas on what we could experiment with (Uterine Transplant - it's a thing!). This is my last ditch effort to have my own baby - if this doesn’t work, it’s down the rabbit hole of psychiatrist appointments, lawyers & contracts and the infinite "grey zone" of surrogacy that isn’t 100% legal in WA. So yeah, I’ve got high hopes for tomorrow. I need a ginger baby. Watch this space!
